SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on what you select as your shipping timeframe. Most customers receive their order within 5-9 business days from the time the order is placed.

EASY RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase! We believe that you will be extremely satisfied with our handcrafted, quality products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund as long as the purchase was made within the last 30 days. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Some orders qualify for free tracking. Please follow instructions in your confirmation email to view the tracking progress of your order.

 

BrokkRune's Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. All shipments and deliveries will be processed on standard business days.  We do not ship products on any holidays or on weekends.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are an estimation and are not exact.  Rates are based on recent averages of shipping costs for items.  Weight and size of package directly affects shipping rates as does the destination of the shipment.

 

Shipping will be charged on orders less than $45.  All orders over $45 will qualify for free shipping​​​​​​.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We encourage shipping addresses to be entered as physical addresses and not PO Boxes. Using a PO Box as your shipping address may impact the timeliness of your order being delivered.  Crosby Products is not responsible for shipping delays made for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been processed and packaged, you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to check the status of your shipment and delivery.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Crosby Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Crosby Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Currently shipping is only available to customers in the mainland USA. International delivery and delivery to regions outside of the mainland USA are not supported.

BrokkRune’s Return Policy

 

 

Thank you for your purchase! We believe that you will be extremely satisfied with our handcrafted, quality products; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and a receipt will be required.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).

Returns Process

To return an item, please email us at info@brokkrune.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging enclosed with a copy of the RMA email and a copy of your receipt, and mail your return to the address listed in the email that you will receive.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
